This is where you get creative….

You can now generate artwork files for bespoke record sleeve printing using our design portal. Create artwork files, save, re-visit, amend and edit to yours hearts content before progressing your order.

Once the artwork is completed and your order submitted we will process your request and print your bespoke 10-inch record sleeve using CMYK colour inks and top-quality record sleeve printing board. We then cut, fold and glue the printed record sleeves with tender loving care. Finally we pack your very own personalised 10-inch record sleeve order and despatch from our record sleeve printing factory to your chosen address.

Standard turnaround from receipt of order for single copies is usually 1-2 working days plus delivery (overnight for courier or 3-5 days for standard delivery/2nd Class Post).

3-10 copies: allow 3 working days plus delivery.

11+ sleeves: allow 5-7 working days plus delivery.

Did you know?

We can also produce custom printed 12-inch sleeves with centre holes on request. Please be aware that these take longer and are more expensive to produce than standard – please contact us directly if you require costs for this finish.

A standard 10-inch single printed sleeve is too small to hold liner bags. Only album sleeves hold liner bags comfortably.

We print gatefold (double) album sleeves with a minimum quantity of 250 copies. Prices available on request.

As a more cost-effective alternative to gatefold sleeves you may consider having a standard album sleeve with extra large spine margin (5mm) to hold two vinyls. Quantity starts from 1 copy – contact print@scanplus.co.uk for more details.

10" Album - 262mm Square with 3mm spine on 300gsm. The front of the sleeve is to the right and the opening is on the right hand edge when finished.

When designing your sleeve ensure that any colour or graphics that touch the red bleed line extend to cover the blue areas so you don't have any unsightly white edges when we trim them to size, keep all important assets within the green safety line.
